We are not from Strasbourg and every time we pass this restaurant, there is a queue on the sidewalk. Today we went outside peak hours and were finally able to test the place. It was delicious, fast service and great value for money. Bonus: we observe the making of the noodles live. We will come back with pleasure.

In the enormous kitchen, entirely open to the restaurant, it's an anthill, washing utensils are piling up, huge pots are simmering. At the front of the kitchen a cook stretches a gigantic piece of dough, braids it, stretches it, cuts it again, removes it, re-braids it... he makes noodles. Another mold of ravioli in hand. My soup was good.

Authentic Chinese noodles and dumplings in Strasbourg. The Lanzhou beef noodle and shrimp noodle was delicious, hearty flavor and large portions. The hot chili oil was so good, fragrant and smoky. Go early as the place will fill up quickly.

These are the best noodles I have ever eaten! They are homemade in front of us. The dishes are good and plentiful, the prices are very reasonable.
