A very, very good little restaurant, a real treat! Whatever you eat (mussels marinière, Sausset platter, fish soup, panisse salad), etc.

It was very busy on May 1st. I had a reservation for 1:30 pm but almost didn't get a table. Otherwise, the welcome was quite good. I had a squid ink octopus stew which was very good. My partner, lacking sea bream, had a very tender ribeye steak. The service was very good and the restaurant is very well located on the port. I recommend it.

What can I say about L'Amphore except that it's an exceptional restaurant: the welcome, the simple yet refined dishes, the passionate chef, and the attentive owner. You feel like you're with family, but with top-notch cuisine. The value for money is also excellent. In short, we'll be back.

Very happy with everything. Nice, fast and delicious! Generous and affordable lunch. Since we didn't book a table we didn't get the best table with a view of the harbor but it was hard to imagine it would be full on a Wednesday

27/09/2025: €20 for a burata salad, hard tomatoes, not much to eat. 3 stars for all, the young woman who served us was a bit overwhelmed. Too bad. It's been a long time since I've been back to the Côte Bleue, sad.

23/09/2024: Bonne trouvaille lors de notre séjour à Carry-le-Rouet. Comme nous n'avions pas trouvé de "restaurant" à notre goût à Carry-le-Rouet l'année derniere,et que nous avions envie d'explorer Sausset-les-Pins, nous avons fait une sympathique trouvaille cette année, et pour finir, nous y avons été 3 fois à pied de Carry...malgré les grands vents de ce mi-septembre. Bons tapas de la mer, très bonnes moules et bon accueil du patron et de son équipe..... What else...? Nous reviendrons loger en septembre 2025 pour 15 jours à Sausset-les-Pins, cette fois-ci...et nous reviendrons encore dans ce resto sympathique.
27/08/2024: The dishes are good with an almost gourmet presentation. Nothing to complain about the friendly service and the cuisine. I'm a bit critical of the toilet. But the dishes are really delicious
