Having eaten moules frites from north to south, east to west, L'Amphore is the best! The cooking, the sauce, the portion size—everything is perfect. The bistro-style fries are just right. The mojitos are excellent, and so is the Monaco! The only restaurant worth going to in Sausset-les-Pins on the port.

A remarkable restaurant, a truly wonderful discovery.
From the very first bite, everything was perfect, with panisses (a local specialty) and delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared jols.
The fisherman's stew deserves special mention: rich in flavor, generous, and expertly executed.
The desserts were equally impressive, featuring decadent profiteroles, an ice cream sundae of impressive size, and an original creation combining mango, yuzu, and tapioca, beautifully balanced.
The welcome was warm, the service attentive and friendly, and the portions particularly generous.
A must-visit in Sausset-les-Pins, ideally located on the port.

A family-run restaurant with very generous portions and excellent value for money. The seafood is fresh and the meats are superb. We were only there for the weekend, but we will gladly return if we are ever in the area again.

A wonderful discovery for an evening with friends!

A wonderful discovery! The portions are generous, delicious, and homemade! Plus, the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it! Well, maybe not too highly... I'm afraid I won't get a table next time 😆 so I'll make a reservation... kudos to the whole team!
