Discovered by chance in the center of Nice after dinner, I highly recommend Pho Viet for its friendly atmosphere and the kindness of its staff. I should also mention that the value for money is excellent. For those who enjoy spicy food, I recommend the Hue-style bo bun. What I particularly love about the restaurant is that it offers truly authentic dishes from northern, central, and southern Vietnam. 🪷🇻🇳
