Excellent restaurant, inventive and delicious cuisine, without overdoing it either. A truly good gourmet restaurant, elegant, refined, full of good taste(s). The price of the wines seems a little high to me, but for the rest, congratulations to the chef and his team! Deserved star!

A very nice culinary experience, the tasting menu is particularly well done and is well worth its price both for the quality of the ingredients making up the dishes and for the finesse and attention to detail in their design.
The 6 wine package is also well suited and very affordable given the wines served.
Also note impeccable room service.
Highly recommended establishment.

This review is for the restaurant only.
This was our second visit to the Michelin-starred restaurant L’Aquarelle.
Our first visit was in July 2021.
In 3 years, I am really happy to see that the quality is still there: quality of food, quality of service.
Refinement and surprises punctuated our experience at Acquarelle, which fully deserves its star.
For us, it is the best restaurant to introduce the world of starred restaurants to the uninitiated: simplicity, welcome and refinement.
A big congratulations to the whole team, stay the course, everything was simply as delicious as it was sweet.

In terms of value for money, it's my favorite restaurant in the whole world... I don't understand why it only remains at 1 star.
Every time I come I eat lots of products that I never eat anywhere else. Always full of trompe l’oeil.
A food and wine pairing always successful.
It’s creative while remaining very local, but with always perfect balances.
THE big pleasure of holidays in Charente-Maritime.

1ère expérience en famille d'aller diner dans un restaurant étoilé et nous sommes satisfaits de celle-ci. Le cadre de la salle est agréable, les tables respectent l'intimité des clients, l'accueil est cordial, le service est discret et efficace. Nous avons choisi le menu découverte et nous nous sommes laissés guider tout au long du repas. Les assiettes sont belles, colorées, assez généreuses et les papilles sont comblées. Le chef aime réaliser des "trompes l'oeil" et l'on imagine facilement le travail et le talent pour réaliser tout cela. Bravo et merci👌🏼
