Building in need of refreshment. The view is clear but not incredible. The dishes are perfect and very imaginative. well done Pleasant and smiling service. We had a great time.

2 visits in 1 month for 2 family occasions which were magnified by the warm welcome and above all the excellence of the dishes served. Original, surprising by the combinations of tastes and the diversity of components, they make up a very balanced whole, served with selected wines and presented with discernment depending on the dishes. The perfect desserts complete this watercolor magnificently. And what about the sweet treats for starters and outings as well as the generous homemade brioche and its flavored butter of the day, a perfect pairing! Will we go back? ....YES !!

A little detour in the countryside that is well worth it. Chef Taffart's cuisine is exceptional in its finesse, elegance and pointillism. As beautiful as it is good. Very good value for money, 7-course tasting menu at 98 euros. Beautiful wine list, with prestigious and more modest appellations, where there is something for everyone. Clean, warm and modern decor. Casual but professional service. Beautiful view of the marshes.

A great discovery in Breuillet, a few minutes from the ocean. The Michelin-starred restaurant l’Aquarelle where Aurélie and Xavier Taffart welcome you in a bright setting is definitely worth the detour. Their kindness is matched only by the quality of the food served. Aurélie, smiling and efficient in the dining room, and Xavier in the kitchen to concoct tasty and original dishes for you. Each bite is an explosion of delicate flavors. And I'm not even talking about the sublime and hearty breakfast.

24/01/2024: Totally atypical place. Cuisine focused on local seafood; all served at the edge of the clearings in the marshes. Only downside: mosquitoes for a good quarter of an hour after dark. However, for the quality of the products, I recommend the friendliness of the owners and the beauty of the site.
03/09/2023: A magical place far from the hustle and bustle. The products are very fresh. Everything is delicious, especially the homemade dessert. The limited choice is a guarantee of quality. I recommend 100%
