L'Arausio sur Orange

We stopped at this restaurant before going to see the Star Academy show, and what a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness. We enjoyed a homemade chicken and salmon salad, carefully prepared and deliciously seasoned. Everything was fresh, generous, and truly excellent. The gourmet coffee was just as generous and tasty. The service was impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional. When we paid our bill, we understood why everything was so perfect. This restaurant is run by a lovely couple: the husband is in the kitchen, and the wife manages the service. Their passion, professionalism, and kindness are evident in every detail. A truly wonderful find that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

To be honest, we hadn't planned to eat there, as we were just passing through for one night. But a fire on the hillside led my wife to chat with the chef and owner of the restaurant. His friendly manner convinced us to stay. And we're so glad we did: it was absolutely delicious. The quality was excellent, and the cooking was superb. The prices are reasonable—although, after a month in Spain, the difference is noticeable, but let's compare apples to apples! A little taste of Alsace in Orange. Don't hesitate to stop by for a drink or a meal; you won't be disappointed. We'll gladly return on our next visit.

We had dinner at Arausio on Saturday, July 11th, and had a wonderful time. The food is generous, home-style, and delicious, with hearty portions that are truly satisfying. You can tell the ingredients are prepared with care and that the goal is to please the customers. They offer excellent slow-cooked dishes! A big thank you also to the couple who own the place: a warm welcome, friendly, efficient, and cheerful service in a convivial atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. Thank you for this lovely evening; we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! The restaurant's interior is simply incredible, with superb decor, and as a bonus, there's a lovely little terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The food was truly delicious, beautifully presented, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The establishment is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A fantastic place that I highly recommend!

A lovely little restaurant right next to the ancient theater in Orange. The menu offers something for everyone, including smaller dishes like tarte flambée. We were also served a small amuse-bouche. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. We attended a performance at the ancient theater later that evening, so L'Arausio was the perfect place for dinner, as it was just a short walk from the theater's entrance. Parking is also available nearby. Highly recommended.
