L'Arbre Vert sur Kingersheim

Today, chance led us to this little paradise: a shaded terrace, a peaceful place where time stands still. The meal was excellent, with delicious grilled meats, fresh crudités, a very good salmon bagel, and for dessert, ice cream with a real fruity taste. The owner was all smiles. We'll definitely be back. It's such a pleasure to find such a lovely, peaceful spot so close to home. Thank you to the chef for the wonderful menu! See you soon!

I give it a 10/10! I've been eating there every day for a year now, and I practically never cook at home anymore. I'm a total fan of this restaurant; I've even booked for the whole of next year! I recommend it 1000%!

We come here often. A superb shaded terrace. Excellent service. Generous and well-thought-out portions. It's also important to preserve places like this, with their traditional village restaurant feel. Really good.

Set menu at €28: homemade terrine (not great) with carrot and celery salad, rabbit in polenta sauce with fries (not golden!), strawberry melba. Aperitif + wine + coffee... €42 total. Good portions, but everything was rather bland. Nothing special.

We had a lovely time at this restaurant and the food was delicious. Our waiter was very kind and we thank him (unfortunately, this was less the case with his colleagues who took it upon themselves to make several remarks to him in front of us... admittedly he made some mistakes, but we were a large table with many changes to the menus... we found it a shame to see him being reprimanded in front of the customers, because he was clearly doing his best and it was thanks to him that we had a good time.
