A very good place to recommend, the spring starter is exceptional, and the meats and fish are cooked to perfection.

Always very good. Seasonal cuisine. I love coming here when I'm in Coutances.

The waiter wasn't very welcoming, friendly, or warm, which is a shame in a place where hospitality is paramount. You have to appreciate innovative cuisine; the flavors are different from traditional cooking.

The chef, working single-handedly in the kitchen, aims to surprise her customers with inventive cuisine. She succeeds admirably, creating astonishing dishes bursting with flavor, all made with local ingredients. We've all had a crumble, but Sophie's is truly exceptional. A reasonable lunch menu is available.

We were lucky enough to discover A 3 Pas in Coutances, and what an incredible experience it was! From start to finish, everything was absolutely divine. From the appetizers to the desserts, including the cheeses, each dish was a true delight. The ingredients are clearly seasonal, but prepared with a finesse and creativity worthy of a gourmet restaurant. You can feel the true mastery in the kitchen: perfect combinations, flawless cooking, and meticulous presentation. Everything is thoughtfully considered, balanced, and above all… delicious. This restaurant more than lives up to its reputation. If you're ever in Coutances, it's a must-try!

I'm sometimes passing through the Coutances area at lunchtime, and it's always a great excuse to have lunch at the A 3 Pas restaurant! A short menu, superbly prepared fresh ingredients: it's delicious! Parking is easy, I've never made a reservation, and I think I've always been lucky enough to find a table for myself, whether I'm on my phone or my sales computer! I'm fortunate enough to eat around 180 meals a day in restaurants or brasseries, but this is fantastic value for money, even if I'm slightly exceeding my daily allowance, but it doesn't matter!
