05/07/2026: Discovered by chance during a quick stop in Coutances, my friends and I enjoyed this establishment. A pleasant terrace under the trees, simple yet refined cuisine, and efficient and friendly service. I recommend this place.

11/07/2026: An incredible culinary experience, with exquisite, refined dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. And the icing on the cake was that I was even able to eat everything despite a gluten intolerance (be sure to mention it when booking). I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. 17/03/2026: This is my second time enjoying a meal in Coutances. The interior and exterior decor are fantastic. The food is excellent. The only downside to this chain is that there aren't any locations in the North! I'll definitely be back on my next trips to the region.

12/03/2026: A very good find. The American West theme is beautifully showcased and tastefully executed. Several dishes are out of the ordinary, and the portions are generous. The menus offer a variety of high-quality dishes. Reservations are not possible via Google, only by phone. I recommend this restaurant. The only area for improvement is the expansion of the number of restaurants and the regions where they are located. This restaurant is an hour and a half from my home. Opening locations in Ille-et-Vilaine would be a welcome addition.

15/05/2026: So, we didn't actually eat because we arrived at 12:55 PM and still hadn't been served by 1:45 PM, and we had to be back at work at 2:00 PM! So we went back to work without having eaten. What a great brasserie! UNACCEPTABLE. First and last time I'll ever set foot in there. The organization needs a serious overhaul.

17/07/2026: Passing through Coutances, I stopped for lunch at the Relais du Viaduc with a friend. I enjoyed my "Relais salad," which was beautifully presented and generous. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitresses were friendly. I would gladly return.
