It's been a long time since I've eaten so well in a restaurant. The chef and his team were very well received. The presentation of the plates, the quality of the products, the mastery of the cooking, and the exceptional accompanying sauces. Everything was perfect. Definitely the best restaurant in the Marennes-Oleron basin and the Seudre. Thank you.
