A culinary revelation! I went 'WOW' from the very first bite; it's without a doubt the best pizza I've ever had. 🍕 You can immediately taste the owner's expertise and passion. With 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he trained at the Nazionale Italiana Pizzaiolo school of the renowned Pinin Mongelli (three-time world champion), from which he graduated with distinction. The blend of local produce and ingredients imported from Italy is a complete success. The quality is truly top-notch, but what's most surprising is that the price remains quite reasonable for such a high level of excellence. What's more, the owner is incredibly kind, and the place is spotlessly clean. A must-try in Lavaur—go without hesitation!

Beautiful decor, excellent pizza, and a very good dessert, which I'd never tried before! The best part is that they accept pets, which is very rare in some restaurants. The chef was very friendly, as was "the tornado" 🤣. Thank you so much, and I think... see you very soon!

The best pizzas we've ever tasted! We come to this pizzeria regularly and are never disappointed. The staff is always pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. The place is superb: the decor is very stylish and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. Everything is perfect, from the decor to the pizzas! Not to mention the beers and organic ice cream, offered in several flavors, which are delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through this street or visiting the town of Lavaur. Pizzas made with quality local ingredients. Without a doubt, the best pizzas I've ever tasted!

Order placed via Uber Eats. The pizza is very good, a 5/5. However, a few points for improvement: The €2.50 ham topping was missing from both pizzas. The 26cm pizzas have rather thick crusts (about a quarter of the pizza). This is a bit much compared to the 31cm pizza, which was excellent. The toppings are a bit light considering the price. €18 per pizza on average. Apart from that, it's a great find with a very good crust!

The Art of Pizza isn't a pizzeria, it's a spiritual experience. You arrive to eat, you leave with a re-evaluation of everything you previously called "pizza".

Lunch today, two people. Very nice setting. Delicious pizzas, very affordable prices, and a very pleasant welcome. We came by chance and will be back.
