We hired Nicolas and his team for the catering at our wedding, and it was definitely the best choice we could have made. From the quality of the food and the variety of options, to the generous portions during the cocktail hour, the interactive displays including the fire pit, and above all, the professionalism and friendliness of the team, everything was perfect. The gastronomy and culinary expertise of the Southwest were truly showcased. We are delighted, and L'Art des Mets was a hit with all our guests. If you're visiting Saint-Sever or looking for a caterer, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

The welcome was very warm, but the back room was very hot, with no air conditioning. Everything was good, however, I found the monkfish pieces very small, and I would have liked more meringue for the floating island dessert. Another minor point: the starter with foie gras and asparagus lacked seasoning.
