The quality has declined, and the prices are still outrageous. €7 for an orange juice in a half-empty glass filled with ice. The glass was dirty. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she told me they used three freshly squeezed oranges and that's just how it is. No gesture of goodwill, yet the bill came to almost €50. We won't be back; the authenticity is gone, it's a tourist trap in all its glory.

The setting is fantastic, with a view of the Luberon, perfect for a refreshing break after a good hike. As for the ice cream, there's a good selection, with classic flavors as well as some more original ones. And I especially loved the thyme and violet ice creams… truly surprising, but absolutely delicious! 👌 The flavors are well-defined and not too sweet. The service is simple and friendly, laid-back, which fits perfectly with the atmosphere. In short, a great place for a sweet treat, with flavors that are a little different… highly recommended! ✔️

Exceptional ice cream awaits you there... In any case, we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the whipped cream was divine. The decor was lovely too; in short, a must-try!

Delicious ice cream, excellent staff, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit, especially in summer, to enjoy a great ice cream and a beautiful ray of sunshine.

Exceptional gelato! Creamy, intense flavors, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The staff is incredibly friendly and ready to offer advice. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Every time I return, I discover an even better flavor. One of the best gelato shops in the area: it's impossible to leave without smiling.

Pâtisserie Volpert

17/10/2024: Sur la place du village d'Ansouis une pâtisserie tenue par un ouvrier formé par Thiery Segond, maitre pâtissier d'Aix en Provence. Les gâteaux sont très bons. Sur la terrasse extérieure ombragée, le midi seulement, plusieurs "formules" pour déjeuner ou manger des glaces. Accueil sympathique. Attention l'établissement n'est pas ouvert tous les jours!
10/08/2024: Pour une pause fraîcheur topissime : tarte tomate pesto, gaspacho excellent et les glaces (chocolat et coco) excellentes. Tout cela accompagné d’un très bon accueil 👍 Cet endroit nous a été recommandé par le Domaine la Parpaille et je recommande vivement !!
