02/09/2025: My review, unfortunately, dates back to when the chef was still running L'Assiette Charolaise. I've never eaten such good meat in my life, and I live in the Monferrato area, famous for its quality meat. The restaurant was also nice, with a small outdoor area where you could sit quietly and enjoy a Chateaumeilland gris while enjoying the stellar food.
Unfortunately, he's no longer cooking. I've tried stopping by several times, but to no avail. A real loss for gourmets.
