It was an excellent restaurant with some delicious discoveries! The ice cream and focaccia are also very good and always served with a warm welcome. As for the wines, there are some beautiful bottles on display! A very good place to visit.

We were a walk in on a not too busy night. The food was superb and supported by a good cocktail list. It wasn't the usual moules mariniere usually found in these parts and that was a welcome change. The host mad hostess were fantastic, very welcoming, always smiling and a good understanding of English. With our limited French and their English we were able to explain my nut allergy. Also, the background music was awesome (for a 60+ English man who likes rock music. We will definitely come back next time we are passing through.

The food was excellent. I had the Japanese sole which came with the most delicious buttery potato base and coconut foam. I would return to eat this alone! A real find!

24/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at L’Avel Vor. The view overlooking the harbor was beautiful, bathed in the warm light of sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the various dishes on the tasting menu, all prepared with excellent seafood and complemented by intriguing aromatic herbs. The desserts were also delicious, featuring seasonal fruits presented in a variety of ways. Kudos to the two chefs; we highly recommend this restaurant.

Facing the ocean, dishes unfold with an unabashed enchantment. Let yourself be lulled by the aromatic waves of marine inspiration, perfectly complemented by the Farida Abraham ceramics. And what can we say about the wine pairings, offered like so many adventures into the heart of France's terroirs? A heartfelt thank you to Camille and Agathe, as well as their team.

27/09/2026: A lovely restaurant, well located with a beautiful sea view. The service and welcome were friendly and pleasant, no complaints there. However, the food was a mixed bag. Some dishes were good and of high quality, but the portions were rather small, and there were several missteps, from the wine to, especially, one of the two desserts (the strawberry one was tiny, and a very basic whipped cream replaced the expected vanilla-basil cream). In my opinion, the value for money of the set menu wasn't quite justified, but it was still acceptable, with some good points, particularly the Asian-inspired dishes (chicken salad or "crying tiger").
15/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! Fresh, high-quality ingredients, simple yet delicious cuisine. The prices are very reasonable, and the stunning sea view truly enhances the dining experience. A delightful time in a pleasant setting. We will gladly return!
