I had a reservation at your establishment for 12:30 PM today. The service was far too fast; I barely had time to enjoy an aperitif before the main courses arrived five minutes later! The steak tartare was quite good, though a bit bland. The waiter was pleasant, but the manager or owner at the till was very cold, not a smile, and seemed stressed and touchy because he didn't appreciate us changing tables. The manager needs to learn to smile in all circumstances; we spend money to be satisfied from beginning to end.

It seems to me that the quality of the food has declined. I went there in February and the Normandy salad was listed as having new potatoes: disappointed, they were cold potatoes from the day before. I went back today and the salmon steak was dry and overcooked.
