Fantastic place! The food is delicious and the service is impeccable!

We always have lunch there at least once during our stays in Vassivière. In short, everything is perfect: the service, the food, the atmosphere, and the value for money. I highly recommend it.

As luck would have it, things worked out perfectly. Smiles upon arrival, smiles throughout the meal, and attentive thank yous made no difference.

I had a good meal, and the service was pleasant. They work with local producers. The fondue from Creuse was very good, but the fries were a little dry. The chocolate ice cream was good, but the texture wasn't very creamy.

The staff at the bar-restaurant-shop are very friendly. They serve local, seasonal cuisine made exclusively with high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced products at very affordable prices. The atmosphere is very welcoming and unpretentious. The portions are generous; there isn't a children's menu, but they do offer half-portions of the dishes, which our 4-year-old daughter enjoyed.
