Excellent pastries and pastries

The best cakes I've ever eaten. An exceptional selection.

We ordered a flan one day before ordering a raspberry cake for a birthday the following day. The flan wasn't all that great, according to my family; we've definitely had better, but the price seemed reasonable. The raspberry cake, on the other hand, was quite expensive, but everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The sponge cake was light, the cream was perfectly chilled, as was the marzipan topping. It wasn't too sweet at all. Perfect! 👌

I hope this pastry shop is better than the one in Aulnay sous Bois of the same name because it was closed by the health inspectorate at the beginning of October due to the presence of marigolds, cockroaches and droppings, a disgrace!!

Horrible saleswomen Don't ask for a sandwich, take what's left! The quality of the products is quite good compared to the competition. The store is close to my home, but I don't stop there for pleasure; the saleswomen aren't friendly at all.

Honestly, I'm particularly fussy about cakes. Yesterday my son brought us several cakes and a peach and almond tart. I was pleasantly surprised; it was really excellent. Not too sweet and not too heavy, pleasant to eat.

From my perspective, as a professional in this business, this bakery is very well run in terms of management and service quality. However, the quality of the products remains mid-range, not very refined! The pastries are very sweet, lacking in flavor, and the Viennese pastries, the croissants, lack puff pastry, and the bread is just okay! But it's still the best bakery in the area!

A birthday cake as beautiful as it was delicious, we enjoyed it, light and airy, not too filling after a good meal.
