L’Atelier des Artistes sur Romainville

I've been a customer for years and I don't know if they've changed bakers, but the quality of the bread has definitely changed. It's undercooked and leaves a sour aftertaste. The bread used to be so much better, crispy and golden. What a shame.

The bread is excellent, and some of the pastries are original and very good. I make a detour to go there. I made another purchase at this bakery this Sunday in June. I bought a strawberry cake. It was absolutely delicious. I shared it with a group of friends. Everyone complimented me, so I'm sharing... Thank you to the pastry chef.
