We had dinner at L'Atelier du Blanc Manger for my wife's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and of course, the meal. The extensive menu clearly demonstrates the chef's commitment to quality, and it was delicious.

A few days ago, I was in Nogent-sur-Oise, and my schedule required me to eat nearby, so I searched Google for some addresses. I chose this restaurant because, although it's about 9 km from my location, in Verneuil-en-Halatte, the photos of the dishes caught my eye. Like many people, we're wary of photos, but in any case, it was either that or kebabs and various fast food options. The decor is very pleasant, with stone walls and a touch of color here and there. It's very clean and bright, the tables aren't crowded together (I love it), and they're beautifully presented. You definitely don't want to leave; it's warm and peaceful. A woman is at the reception and serving tables. I think she's the owner's wife, so she's the boss 🙂. The boss, so the owner's husband 🙂, is in the kitchen with another cook. I'm given the menu with two set menus at €26 and €40. Both are tempting and make you want to try a little of everything. There are several choices, but not too many, just enough so that everyone can find something. I had the 26 euro set menu and it was truly excellent. I won't tell you what I had because I want to have some left for next time 😁. I'll be back. I've already given the address to friends. This restaurant is worth the trip. The dishes are delicious, refined, and beyond that, this restaurant truly does France proud. Don't see any political opinions here, just a love for this beautiful country and its culture. A warm welcome in a high-quality setting. The menus are sophisticated and the presentation is gourmet. It's worth the trip.

Refined cuisine, varied dishes, and the sauces are to die for. The fish is perfectly cooked, and the tournedos Rossini is delicious and beautifully seared. And to top it all off, the owner gives a very warm welcome! Enjoy without moderation; I highly recommend it.
