A very good experience, superb Spanish decor, excellent cuisine, the daily special was fantastic, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it; it was one of my best restaurants, a superb discovery.

Very neat, very friendly service. Had a delicious meal and it wasn't expensive. Highly recommended. Also non-Spanish dishes. New owners since February 26.

Visiting Douarnenez as a tourist, I was lucky enough to discover this wonderful place. I love the pirate-themed decor, I love the super warm welcome, but the food: I absolutely adore it! The cuisine is of very high quality and you should definitely try it. It's a shame I live over 1000 km away from this restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a pleasure to return to Athanor!
We had a wonderful meal!
The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented.
Our dog was with us and was very well received… with a bowl of water as a bonus!

A fantastic discovery! The cooking was expertly done, the octopus was melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly grilled, and the ingredients were fresh and local. The welcome was very warm and friendly; we highly recommend it!

A warm welcome, very friendly owners, excellent grand cru oysters, pork ribs (for me, it was perfectly cooked, melting in your mouth), succulent peas (the meatballs) – you really feel like you're in Spain, kudos to the chef! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it's truly worth the detour... simply magical, and a big thank you, we'll be back! ☺️
