We feel so lucky to have found this restaurant completely by accident. We were looking for luggage storage, but the place we planned to use was closed. We walked into the restaurant to ask if they knew of another option, and the owner immediately offered to keep our luggage safe for us without hesitation. It was such a kind and generous gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Since they helped us so much, we decided to stay for brunch—and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. We were recommended some local dishes, and everything was fantastic. As we were leaving, they even gave us cold bottles of water for the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for your incredible hospitality. The next time we’re in Paris, we’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

A very nice neighborhood bistro. The service is welcoming, quick, friendly, and efficient. The food is excellent, generous, homemade, and hearty. I tried the swordfish steak: perfectly cooked 😜 A great atmosphere. It's a shame (but not their fault) that the terrace is on the sidewalk. It's still very pleasant to eat outside. I recommend it. Honestly, go there without hesitation! The food is generous and delicious, the owners are incredibly kind, the prices are really affordable considering the quality, and you can taste in every dish that the chef cooks with heart. Thank you again, L'Éclipse!

The staff was friendly, so it's always a shame to leave an average review, but it has to be said: the food was utterly uninspired bistro fare. I even left the lettuce alone because it tasted so bad (a first in my life). We didn't even finish our plates because it was so unworthy… Less serious, but still: the decor with its fake brick, fake wood paneling, and fake antique look is quite ugly, and the same songs played on repeat during our short visit. I don't understand the hype surrounding this place. Change the chef!
