29/04/2026: I discovered this place while exploring the cities of France and as a Nepali I felt most warmed welcomed like back home. The food was delicious no doubt. It felt like I was actually in a Nepali restaurant in Nepal with no language barrier. Will definitely be back here again

Yesterday at lunchtime, we experienced a taste of paradise and immersed ourselves in the realm of culinary excellence at a very reasonable price... (Aperitif, steamed starter, shellfish skewers on a hot plate, fried rice, ice cream sundae with fresh seasonal fruit, fresh whipped cream, and sake offered as a welcome gift for our first visit). So, come and discover Cambodia with us... For our part, we will definitely be back... See you soon, Mr. Gaston, Madam, and the Chef...

14/04/2026: We are here a Friday evening. We were a big group and we were nicely accommodated. The owner is very friendly! The couscous selection is delicious. One of us had a tajine also delicious. In fact it was so good that we took the leftovers home.There are also other dishes on the menu if you don't like the couscous or tajine.
I highly recommend as the prices are low: rare in Paris.
26/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant and really enjoyed it. It's welcoming, with a lovely little terrace.
The selection of couscous and tagines is varied, but there's also a nice range of classic dishes like steaks, fish, and salads.
I particularly loved the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and accompanied by flavorful vegetables. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality; you can really taste the difference.
The restaurant also offers a lunch menu at a very reasonable price for Paris.
The coffee and desserts are delicious.
The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the service is quick.
Finally, the atmosphere is pleasant, with a friendly clientele.
We'll gladly return!

15/03/2026: A very classic restaurant for its type. The menu is clear with codes to easily identify the dishes and menu items. The food is good, with fresh ingredients. The prices are attractive. I enjoyed my meal but forgot to take a picture of the other dishes. So I'm posting the only picture I remembered to take (the meal served with the classic soup, marinated cabbage salad, and a bowl of rice; I ordered a plate of 10 sashimi), a soft drink, and a coffee, all for about €25.

The atmosphere is very friendly; you quickly feel at ease.
The servers are very welcoming. And during birthdays, everyone sings and applauds—a truly joyful moment.

25/05/2026: I was so disappointed the first time!! I didn't even get the Coke I asked for. It was late, and I didn't want to say anything. I felt awkward. It was already late, and I felt like I was in charge. So I preferred to leave without saying anything and without getting upset. It was late, and the staff were preparing food. I wanted a nice salad, which they made. I was so disappointed that I preferred to stay silent and leave without a word. This kind of situation doesn't encourage me to come back. I've been going there for years.
I've known L'Olivier since 2015.
I'll go back, but only if they try to get me served and make me feel like I'm bothering them because it's late??? Especially since I didn't get the box I asked for, or even a bottle of wine. If I'm going to eat there quietly now, if I bother the waiter, there's no problem. He'll go eat with his colleague from the kitchen in peace.
Enjoy your meal, gentlemen! This is the restaurant business. Do you do this to all your customers?

26/01/2025: Takeaway Cantonese rice. For Italians who are used to other rice, fried and tasty, know that this is anything but the Cantonese rice found in Italian restaurants in Chinese. Terrible and flavorless, it tasted like the rice I tried to make at home on my own.
