Since 2018 we have been coming to this establishment every fall. A cuisine as refined as ever, a presentation of the plates which is just as refined. A server/sommelier who is always discreet, competent and pleasant. Thanks to the chef, his team and his wife. Don't change anything, not even the decor which is so refined, refined and soothing.

This restaurant maintains it's traditional, french cooking style with flying colours. A visit to Aubergade is always a pleasure and one may wonder what the famous inspectors did miss during their last visit. Anyway, we will certainly return and enjoy this friendly gastronomic gem.

Bravo au chef qui a manifestement des doigts et un palais hors norme, ce fut un repas d'anniversaire excellent pour mon papa. Il manque une étoile pour l'accueil : nous avons eu l'impression de déranger le serveur avec notre petit, qui du haut de ses 1 an et demi, s'est plutôt bien tenu... Cette froideur contraste avec cette cuisine moderne et chaleureuse. Dommage...

Very nice discovery today, we had a great time with my mom and my daughter, the meal was delicious from start to finish, the decor very chic and the staff attentive. Thank you we will repeat the experience very soon I hope

20/09/2024: A concept where the menu is set by...the chef! But precise and masterful cuisine. The dishes follow one another and the meal unfolds from discovery to discovery. This service is perfectly mastered, the tempo is perfect. In short, tasty cuisine. ONLY downside in my eyes, the room is a little cold in its layout and furniture. An experience worth the detour.

29/06/2024: Nice restaurant with a regularly changing menu with good products. The small outdoor courtyard is also pleasant for having a good time with friends, colleagues or family!
