L'Aubergade sur Dury

The food is excellent, perhaps the best in Amiens and the surrounding area; however, the service is very stiff and lacks humor. It's a real shame, because the food is incredible. The atmosphere is too cold.

High level culinary experience, from the moment that you step into the restaurant, the journey starts with outstanding dishes and preparations. Very calm and friendly service.

It's hard to appreciate the experience after such a frosty reception: when we were told we had a gift box, the card was snatched right out of my hands! A particularly unpleasant surprise when you're expecting to have a good time... However, if we focus on the food: the dishes have well-balanced and perfectly executed flavors.

Excellent restaurant; we had a true gastronomic journey. The dishes are all meticulously prepared, succulent, and beautifully presented without ever being pretentious. Don't miss the stuffed cabbage under any circumstances! Every detail adds a touch of quality, from the appetizers to the bread and even the accompanying butter (thank you to the waiter for recognizing my appetite and offering me a second helping). Speaking of service, it was also impeccable. In short, not a single flaw, a truly wonderful gastronomic experience. We haven't dined at many restaurants at this price point, but this is the first time we've found it justified. We'll definitely be back.

A truly wonderful culinary experience at L'Aubergade. The menu was excellent, from starter to main course to dessert (scallops, cod, etc.). The dishes were creative and refined, showcasing inventiveness in the best possible way! Numerous savory and sweet amuse-bouches and accompaniments offered delightful discoveries of flavors and combinations. And you certainly didn't leave hungry :) The dining room is lovely. No photos, we were too engrossed in the tasting! But everything was beautifully presented. All the best.
