L'Auberge Buissonniere sur Gresse-En-Vercors

Friendly welcome. Spacious room but no soundproofing.

We called in for a drink on our first evening in Gresse en Vercors. There was a wonderful community buzz with locals coming in for bread and others using it as a meeting place. We booked for a meal for the following evening and were treated to a gastronomic delight. The menu is short, which I take as a good sign that the offerings will be prepared to perfection. The main course changes were smoked pork or ravioli, both of which were outstanding. Starters and deserts were perfect accompaniments and the wines offered completed a superb and delightful evening. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable experience.

Very nice hostel, spacious room with beautiful mountain view. Homemade spinach/mushroom ravioli currently on the menu, a real treat, the super creamy crème brûlée delighted my palate. Complete breakfast with good products.

Warm welcome and menu at the same level: quality, freshness, originality. Everything you need to have a pleasant evening.

An authentic and warm place, like its owners. A real little cocoon. Tasty and refined cuisine, excellent products, well crafted; We only spent one night there, but will definitely come back.

Discovery of this restaurant, for a raclette evening. Well served, optimum quantity, lots of side dishes (small onions, pickles, cold meats, etc...). Very good advice on wine. Excellent dessert, homemade chocolate fondant. Very pleasant service, very friendly. Excellent value for money. To do with your eyes closed

Nous avons découvert le restaurant au détour d’un weekend rando entre amis, et nous avons été accueillis merveilleusement. Le chef en cuisine se fait plaisir et ça se voit, un régal, à un prix très contenu. Un grand merci pour l’accueil, le service, et les conseils rando de la patronne ! Si nous repassons dans le coin, nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

2 jours de réunions professionnelles, qui se sont très bien déroulées. Les gérants sont très agréables et le service au top !
