A truly wonderful discovery, a very refined six-course menu. We particularly enjoyed the smoked haddock and crab, as well as the chestnut and butternut squash purées. Although everything was excellent. The wine list offers a wide selection. The service is impeccable, professional, and courteous. We would have preferred a cozier, more modern dining room, but the current decor prevents any feeling of insecurity. The tableware, however, is magnificent. Having an à la carte menu in addition to the set menus is also a nice touch. Many thanks to your team, and we hope to return soon.
