Excellent gourmet restaurant. The service was perfect, the staff were friendly and attentive. As for the dishes, everything was delicious and featured local ingredients. A big thank you to the chef. I highly recommend it!

Excellent cuisine with top-notch service. We opted for the tasting menu at €100 per person (the entire table had to order it). It was a five-course menu with amuse-bouches and small desserts at the end.
The dining room offers a lovely view of the city. Ideal for special occasions.

After several years away, what a joy it was to return to the Auberge de la Brie. This restaurant has been a part of many important moments in our lives, and returning with my son, who had been dreaming of going back, was a particularly moving experience.
Once again, everything was remarkable: exquisitely refined cuisine, perfectly balanced flavors, impeccable cooking, beautifully presented ingredients, and exceptionally well-matched wine pairings. Every detail, from the aperitif to the petit fours, testifies to a genuine passion for the craft.
Add to that a warm welcome and impeccable service: a gastronomic experience that leaves you completely captivated. A restaurant that fully deserves its Michelin star.

Once again, an exceptional experience at Auberge de la Brie. For years, the quality has been consistently outstanding. Everything is meticulously attended to, from the welcome to the service, not to mention the exquisitely refined cuisine. The wine list is superb and contributes fully to the magic of the moment. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful interlude on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. We will return with great pleasure.
