We went there with friends and had a great time. The staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. We'll be back.

Very good! We arrived without a reservation (not good!). We stopped by on a whim, and the welcome and service were very friendly. The dishes were generous and very well prepared (homemade, no doubt). A very good place to eat, very pleasant setting (we were on the terrace), large and beautiful dining room inside. We will return with our friends next time... and we will book, it's better.

The welcome and service were very satisfactory.
The food was plentiful and of very good quality. I enjoyed it very much.
The checkout experience was deplorable.
The man in charge of the cashier (perhaps the owner) displayed appalling interpersonal and business manner. Not a single kind word, smile, or friendly glance. He has no place in such an establishment, where I will return for the food and ambiance. The checkout process was extremely impersonal and bureaucratic!

The food was delicious, the service very professional and pleasant, provided by the women.
The decor was magnificent.
Just one minor point: the person (the only man in the dining room) who took the bills was not very pleasant, didn't even glance at the customer, and didn't offer a kind word or a thank you. It's a real shame.
