L’Auberge De Montpezat sur Montpezat-Sous-Bauzon

We went to the restaurant during our weekend trip to the Ardèche. The place is cozy and authentic, the staff is lovely, and the food is excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared, not just defrosted. The value for money is also very good. We 100% recommend it if you're passing through Montpezat :)

We were delighted with our two-day stay at the inn. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The room (gîte) was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom very clean with a large shower. And the dinners were excellent, especially the leek soup with potato emulsion—a real treat! I highly recommend this establishment.

The welcome was perfect; the manager was exceptionally kind. The meal was perfect, a delight for the taste buds, calm and relaxing. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is a family business, they are very friendly and the homemade food is delicious and the value for money is great.

What a shame! Good food, but a long wait of over an hour between courses. One extra person in the dining room who should have been assisting the cook, who was alone in preparation, to make the meal run more smoothly. Revise your organization and it will be perfect. Good luck!

A beautiful place, very welcoming with this all-stone building. The rooms combine old-world charm with very refined decor. The owners are very kind, smiling, and welcoming! And the restaurant... The food is very good. You can immediately see that each dish is made with only fresh produce. Menus are more than reasonably priced. In short, we'll definitely be back!
