L'Auberge des Sources sur Saint-Pierre-Les-Nemours

We were completely unfamiliar with Auberge des Sources, and it was a wonderful discovery. I booked a rather late Valentine's Day table, and despite this, the staff were kind enough to find us a table for two. The initial phone call was already very pleasant and professional, which promised a lovely evening. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and attentive service. The service was impeccable throughout the meal: present without being intrusive, and attentive to every detail. From start to finish, the meal was a true delight. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, each dish was carefully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The meat was particularly tender and cooked to perfection. The set menu offered for the occasion provided excellent value for money, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had a magnificent evening in a pleasant and welcoming setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at Auberge des Sources for their warm welcome, professionalism, and the quality of the food. We will definitely return and highly recommend this establishment.

First time at this restaurant, based on a recommendation, and what a pleasant surprise! A very warm welcome, a small, quiet dining room. An excellent meal, from the amuse-bouches to the coffee! The portions were neither too large nor too small. Perfectly cooked and piping hot, full of flavor and very well seasoned. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Top-notch service with a smile throughout. Go without hesitation, but remember to book ahead as they are very popular, and good for them! We had a wonderful time for our Valentine's Day meal. Well done to the whole team!

This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but go inside and enjoy a warm welcome and delicious homemade food. I agree with the many positive reviews.

Lunch on November 15, 2025 A wonderful discovery! The traditional dishes were excellent and beautifully presented, on par with fine dining (the beef bourguignon was melt-in-your-mouth tender and unforgettable; the mushroom flan on a bed of flavorful and refined vegetables; the dessert was indulgent and delicious). The welcome was very friendly. The staff was dynamic. Highly recommended.

A truly excellent restaurant! We were served by the lovely and attentive young woman, Louna, and Anaïs, equally friendly, with exemplary professionalism and a big smile from beginning to end. We were just passing through and chose this restaurant somewhat randomly, relying on the Local Guides' ratings—and frankly, we weren't disappointed at all!
