L'Auberge Du Chateau sur Muret-Le-Chateau

My wife and I were passing through the region and couldn't have found a better place to stay. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are perfect, the meals are excellent, and the inn's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Belcastel, Conques, and Estaing are all within easy reach. Not to mention the village itself, which is beautiful and well worth a visit. We'll be back! Thank you.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the value for the price was excellent. The family who runs the property are genuinely kind and accommodating - they even kept the kitchen open for us one evening so we could have dinner, which we really appreciated. They have a little boutique with nice local products for perfect souvenirs. The location is really ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful villages in the region: Conques, Belcastel, and Estaing are all within 30 minutes or so, making it a perfect base. But the biggest surprise was the village itself. We had no idea how charming it would be - a storybook setting with a lovely church, a stream running through, and a peaceful atmosphere that's hard to put into words. We were happy just wandering around. Highly recommended - a hidden gem in every sense.

A short stay, but we appreciated the warm welcome and comfort of the Auberge du Château. We arrived for dinner, prepared by Laura – a generous and delicious Provençal stew. A large, very comfortable room with a very spacious bathroom. We highly recommend it!

The hotel, its beautiful situation and comfortable rooms have not changed since our last stay in 2020. The cuisine is a little disappointing as now a family style, no choice menu. While good quality and tasty, it lacks originality and choice. The welcome was perfect and very friendly
