Inn discovered by chance, where we were able to book for lunch on Easter Sunday: a feast for the eyes and for the taste buds... Very friendly welcome, impeccable service, and for the contents of the plates, a big congratulations and thank you to the chief !

We came in August, I'm leaving my comment today since I still remember the pleasure we had dining then at the castle inn. The cuisine was divine and the service attentive. Exceptional restaurant, I can only recommend.

Delicious cuisine, refined presentation, perfect combination of flavors, a pure moment of happiness. The service is as good as this establishment, as is the chic and relaxing decoration. The title of Master Chef recently awarded to the chef is well deserved. A must-see in the Rodez area in a superb village.

Charming restaurant. Adorable waitress and a attentive chef. Because I didn't like pigeon and I hate steaks and there was trout on the menu, so he kindly offered me a delicious steak. He was accommodating and very pleasant. The only downside is that the site menu was not up to date, which is why I asked for something else. Succulent scallops, delicious little vegetables. The same goes for chocolate desserts. All it needed was a musical background.

We ate very well. Everything was good and tasty. Very pretty village with its waterfall and its castle.

On the plates, original flavors and combinations, great discoveries of fresh and local products. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything delighted us, won us over... The menu offered is well balanced, the choice of dishes is limited, which is a guarantee of "homemade", the presentation is careful and whets the appetite. The level is worthy of a “star”, without doubt. I won't say more to preserve your surprise... The welcome is very friendly, as if we were friends, the setting is simple and charming. Reservation is recommended. And the visit to the village after lunch is very pleasant! An excellent time that we will repeat without any hesitation! We must encourage this type of place as we would like to find more often, which represents our unique French gastronomy so well... We did not stay at the hotel, our experience is only for lunch.
