We were passing through and were very pleasantly surprised by your inn and its concept. A very warm welcome, excellent service, and superb food. A wonderful discovery.
We came for lunch and ordered the set menu. The beef was okay, but the duck was unfortunately very overcooked.
We had to leave suddenly because of a baby emergency and couldn’t stay for the dessert included in the menu. Since the restaurant doesn’t allow dessert takeaway, we had to leave without it while still paying for the full menu.
We didn’t expect a reduction on the bill, but from a customer experience perspective, a small gesture (for example deducting a drink) would have been appreciated. In situations like this, it can make a real difference for customer satisfaction and encourage people to come back.
This inn was a very pleasant surprise for us: the meal was excellent and good value for money, the staff were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. We will gladly return.
