Yesterday, I had a meal and played pétanque at the Auberge Landaise in Lue.
The food was still excellent, especially the wood pigeon. Thanks to the whole restaurant team; it's been a very long time since I've been there.

We stopped by chance on our way home and were pleasantly surprised. The local dishes were generous. We ordered the Landes-style hamburger 😋 and the duck confit. The only slight downside was the slow service, but the waitresses were very friendly.

A typical Landes-style inn with touches of modern decor. Excellent foie gras, sea bream slightly overcooked but still good. The desserts were also excellent.

An exceptional culinary experience! The dishes were absolutely delicious, prepared with quality products and a perfect mastery of flavors. A big thank you to Emma for her warm welcome and attentive service - always smiling, professional and attentive throughout the meal. We had an extremely pleasant time and we will come back with great pleasure next year!
