I would only note here the Franklin bread:
Exterior crust well caramelized, therefore very crunchy, and helps keep the crumb moist.
Very present rye taste as well as a roasted grain side.
It's a 10/10

The bread is great. I regularly have the cornbread, the “farmer’s”, the multicereal, the Franklin with seeds (please make it every day) and the sarment baguette. But, in addition, there is the service thanks to Léo. Professional, fast, friendly and of rare kindness. Honestly, a great meeting. So, top quality and welcome. Don't change anything and a very big thank you to Léo. Thanks to him and the quality of the products, it is a real pleasure to frequent this bakery which I highly recommend
Everything is delicious there, I prefer to walk 20 minutes to get there! And above all, my welcome is exceptional. It's been a long time since I met such charming and welcoming people.
Amazing staff and amazing food. I enjoyed their delicious baguette and croissant almost everyday I lived in Nantes Graslin in 2023. Every person served me were so kind to communicate with me in English. 😍 I missed you
What a joy this bakery is! Bread, cakes and that's it! and that’s so much the better! They focus on what they know how to do and they do it well! Franklin bread is a marvel, I can travel miles to pick it up (thanks to Brasserie Delorme for recommending it to me). The salespeople always have a smile, they are pleasant and recognize the customers, what a pleasure!
