I came with my company for the one-week seminar, magnificent hotel, the catering was excellent, spacious room, friendly staff.... Perfect professional stay. THANKS

Superb Hotel, very well located (two minutes walk from the city center) Private parking. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The staff is very friendly. The only negative point is the smell of cooking when arriving in the reception hall.

Ok so for a 5 star hotel, I expected more, the shower was a death trap, the room could not get cold enough and although the staff was very good, I just felt this hotel tried to get every dollar from your pocket. There are better places to stay in Aix

Located near art museum and Fontaine de la Rotonde. Latter has great walking streets and restaurants The hotel feels upmarket with a beautiful pool. Sure it is a bit dated esp the bathroom walls, but overall is a very good hotel. Think KLM flight crew uses this place. It is not that close to the Old Port area though.

I found this a luxury stay in a quiet and convenient location. Valet parking was a nice touch! The property is beautiful with a retreat-like outdoor pool area complete with loungers, bar, and cabanas. Cafes, stores, and restaurants are all in walking distance.

super experience! super service! they find my mother clothes and send me an email right away. Everyone at the hotel was five star. Will definetely come back

Poor quality services: Very expensive valet parking, buffet breakfast with few places to move around and difficulty getting a table. Out of pastries.

This is the second time we have come to this hotel. The first could have been a coincidence but the second confirms that it does not deserve 5 stars. We arrive at the indicated time, leave our luggage and return after an hour. In the room we find a worker fixing a window that doesn't close. The next morning we left the room around 11:00 and at 4:00 it still hadn't been made up. The empty bubble bath dispenser, glasses taken away because they were dirty and not restored, a clogged and uncleaned sink, hair on the duvet, a stained towel, etc. The hotel is a bit worn and in need of renovation, the service is not really up to par. There won't be a third time.

Really nice and quiet location with larger rooms and plenty of amenities. A bit of a snafu at check-in when the receptionist said ‘if I am giving you your keys, your bags are already in your room.’ They were not and they refused to hand them to us when we went back to the desk to collect; ‘we will bring them to you.’ A weird hill to make a stand from- just give us our bags please. They arrived a few minutes after. Really a lovely place and a great town.
