A wonderful rediscovery tonight at La Peniche / Restaurant L'Avant Seine in Epinay-sur-Seine.
New owner, new menu, and a fantastic program each week (tonight it was Jazz, Guitar, and Vocals).
The food is truly delicious and the welcome is warm.
And the best part is that when I explained I've been allergic to alcohol for the past 5 years, they offered me a dealcoholized wine—surprising and quite good.
I didn't even know it existed; no restaurant owner had ever offered it to me before.
So... the place to be! 😋😍🎶🌹

What a shame: the €26 Pokéball where you can count the grains of rice and carrot sticks, and don't even get me started on the salmon! Disgraceful!

I went for lunch on the barge. I had a wonderful time. It was an 11/10. I highly recommend it. Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the setting was beautiful. Thank you so much to the whole team for this experience. I will definitely be back.

Somewhat randomly (because of the possibility of seeing the eclipse), my daughter booked a table at L'Avant Seine. A very pleasant discovery. The staff is attentive, the setting is magnificent, the menus follow the seasons, and the dishes are successful reinterpretations of classics. Unfortunately, we were only passing through the Paris region, but if the opportunity arises, we will return for a different experience in winter or for one of the events the owner regularly organizes.

A wonderful place!
The setting is splendid, right on the banks of the Seine.
One of the most beautiful terraces in the Île-de-France region!
The menu offers refined dishes.
The sea bass fillet is perfectly cooked and seasoned just right.
A good selection of wines.
And impeccable service.
We loved it!

We held our son's christening at L'Avant Seine. For the occasion, we had a lovely private space to be with our loved ones. The setting is truly idyllic, right on the banks of the Seine. It was fantastic. As for the food, we were able to introduce our guests to the chef's dishes (beef tataki and ceviche as starters), and it was a successful discovery for everyone. The melt-in-your-mouth beef and sea bass fillet also lived up to expectations. Special mention also goes to the very friendly staff. I recommend this place 100%.
