A cuisine with character, daily specials, a warm welcome, and service provided by the chef—we didn't expect to find a gourmet restaurant...a real gem. Almost impossible to get a table without a reservation; there were many regulars when we were there. Only local products are used.

A wonderful romantic dinner on the terrace. The set menu features seven courses, which can be shared or enjoyed individually. The culinary standard is high, and the chef, who personally oversees the service, adds a personal touch that completes a rare and unexpected experience in the Chartreuse region.

The name "Le 16'art" immediately caught my attention; it's worthy of three stars, especially since there's no salad of the same name. But it's a gourmet restaurant, despite its name, because it truly deserves a César Award for the presentation of its dishes. What more can I say except that this restaurant in the charming village of Saint Pierre de Chartreuse is run by a single person. 🍾🥂 Reservations are essential.

Local and seasonal produce is prepared with taste, boldness, and passion—it's simply perfect. The chef's passion shines through from beginning to end, making for a truly delightful culinary journey. We stumbled upon this restaurant while out for a stroll. The chef gave us a very warm welcome. There's no menu here, just two set menus featuring fresh, daily-changing ingredients, and what can I say... he's a true chef! He takes the time to listen to each customer, which is much appreciated. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. Very affordable prices for such excellent cuisine. Reservations are recommended!

In addition to managing everything himself, from setup to service, the chef passionately shared his dishes and engaged in very friendly conversations with his guests over the menu.
