We had both lunch and dinner at Le 17 and can’t recommend it highly enough. The food was superb, extremely tasty and exquisitely served. Eating in their courtyard on a sunny day is a joyous experience, while the cosy interior is perfect in the rain! If in Perpignan again, we would head straight for this restaurant knowing that we would be in for a treat.

Excellent food in a special outdoor location. Most tables seemed reserved at lunchtime but we we're early and managed to get one. The menu is the choice of one starter, one main and one dessert i.e no choice of food just how many courses. The waitress explained each course. We had a starter and main-high quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Though portion size is relatively small.
Extensive wine menu starting at around 35 euros.
Would recommend for a unique experience.

We enjoyed creative and delicious cuisine during lunch. A set menu presented on a slate, elegant plating, and excellent wine recommendations.
