On one of the last days of my visit to Bordeaux, I took shelter from the rain under the awning. The interior looked inviting, and as cocktail hour approached, I decided to go inside for a beer. My husband joined me a little later, and we spent a very pleasant few hours together. The owner and her customers are incredibly friendly, and on our next visit to Bordeaux, we'll definitely choose accommodations nearby so we can make it our local brewery. Our visit to Le 188 was one of the most memorable of our trip to France.
Magnificent ribeye steak (very generous portion) served with salad and fries, and grilled meats for my friend. Absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere at the bar was fantastic. Thank you, we will gladly return.
