31/05/2026: Well, there were poached pear and vanilla galettes that were delicious. Now we're waiting for the carnival doughnuts.
20/05/2026: Very nice shop, fantastic work by the bakers themselves behind the window. The saleswoman was not very friendly; furthermore, we had already eaten tastier products in Troyes (Bakery Gérard). Even though this one was the most expensive.

Restaurant Le Pacha

07/06/2026: Today I went to Pacha. Several years ago, I had gone there, but the service wasn't great, and when I asked for just the meat in my kebab, they refused. Today, I got my kebab with just the meat, no vegetables. We ate there and received a very warm welcome. The weather was lovely, we enjoyed the terrace, and I asked for a container to take home my fries and half of my kebab. The kebabs are generously filled; I was full after half, and the service was fantastic. Thank you, I'll be back. My opinion has changed. 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you very much.
