A wonderful discovery opposite Rouen train station! The restaurant team gave us a warm welcome. The elegant decor adds a lot of charm to the place. The service was excellent, and the waiters were very attentive. I highly recommend this brasserie, worthy of the great Parisian brasseries, but right here in Normandy! The dishes were of very good quality and plentiful, perfect for those who prefer classic brasserie fare. But the fish is also excellent and beautifully presented. I recommend this restaurant if you're passing through Rouen, and I'm looking forward to trying the bar soon for a jazz evening 😉

A wonderful rediscovery! A modern and pleasant setting, smiling staff, the atmospheric cocktail is highly recommended, the dishes were expertly prepared, flavorful, and generously presented. I missed the mushroom dessert ;) My only slight complaint was that we were seated at the bar for an aperitif when the tables were empty. A place to visit again and again without hesitation; I will gladly return.

Hello, Passing through Rouen with two friends and my niece, we were looking for a typical, friendly restaurant that wasn't a tourist trap. You have to leave the city center to find Café Victor. It's opposite the train station. A real gem. We had a fantastic meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is great (except for the restrooms, which are cold 😅). Exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it.
