The quality is still there, but the experience isn't the same. Portion sizes have shrunk considerably over time, while prices continue to rise. Even the small piece of bread offered with the salad is now much smaller. It's a shame, because it was precisely the excellent quality-to-quantity ratio that made the difference.
The salad bar is decent, with a variety of ingredients, however the organization and friendliness of the staff leave much to be desired, the welcome is mediocre at best, and when it's busy they seem lost... a shame, I used to go there often in the summer, but not anymore.
