Always attentive and very responsive. After a big disaster, everything is chained together, no additional steps to take. Top assistance for a replacement vehicle. The human aspect is well in place here, we always communicate with the same people, we are not just numbers.... and not spending hours on the phone putting us on hold and passing us from service to service. I highly recommend this agency.

12/01/2026: A sure bet in Joigny. Excellent food, beautifully presented dishes, and a pleasant atmosphere. We had a wonderful meal and will gladly return. Reservations highly recommended!

09/09/2025: Establishment with a parking lot across the street (easy to park). Bistro cuisine, but the plates are generous, so you won't leave hungry. The waitresses are efficient and friendly. The prices are very competitive. A great place.
30/08/2025: Excellent carbonara. Very good service, nice decor, outdoor terrace. Fair price. Open for lunch only.
