If there's one place you absolutely must visit in Cassis to soak up the Provençal way of life, it's Bar de la Fontaine. Ideally located on Place Baragnon, it's the perfect escape from the immediate hustle and bustle of the port, while still remaining at the heart of the action. We loved the authentic atmosphere: you immediately feel at home. It's a meeting place for locals and travelers alike, where laughter mingles with the gentle sound of the fountain. Top-notch service, a dynamic, smiling, and very efficient team, even when the terrace is packed. You can feel the genuine conviviality! The ideal spot, whether for a morning coffee in the sun or an aperitif with friends at the end of the day, the terrace is a little slice of shaded paradise. Value for money: Very reasonable for such a prime location in the heart of the village. In short, a warm welcome, a charming setting, and an energy that makes you want to stay for hours watching life go by. A huge thank you to Léo and his entire team, don't change a thing!
