We'll be back at 83! The service was excellent: the waiter was very kind, discreet yet attentive, and offered helpful advice. The dishes were of very high quality, the ingredients were flavorful, the origin of the products was clearly indicated, and the portions were perfect (not too small and we were still hungry, and not too large and we couldn't finish). We had the melon, mozzarella, and bresaola appetizer with balsamic vinegar: excellent! The wines were also very good, a great opportunity to discover new and high-quality wines!

Another find from the Michelin guide, some great cooking, enjoyed the pork belly and the veal main courses, shared a tiramisu. Good wine recommendation from the server. Worth a visit if you’re in Metz.

Dinner on Saturday, July 4th at 83. We had the monkfish and the John Dory. It was absolutely delicious. The owner's wine recommendation was excellent. Very warm welcome. A highly recommended restaurant in Metz.

A superb restaurant; there's real culinary skill behind every dish. The ingredients are fresh, and the menu is concise. After several meals at this restaurant, I can truly confirm the pleasure I derived from each dish! The artichoke and melon gazpacho was a delightful surprise. The "perfect egg" lives up to its name. Taste, flavors, textures, and pure enjoyment. I love eating at this restaurant and discovering top-notch Italian wines. I'm always delighted by the food and the wine pairings. The best restaurant in Metz at a reasonable price. Don't forget to order a ristretto; it's rare to mention them because they're delicious. 🤤

We stumbled upon number 83 quite by chance, and… what a wonderful coincidence! In a warm, intimate, and pleasant atmosphere, we were greeted with a delightful welcome by Jérôme, who pampered us throughout the meal: impeccable food and wine pairings, explanations of the origin and winemaking process of the wines we tasted alongside the dishes, which were brilliantly and expertly prepared by his uncle in the kitchen. From the quality of the ingredients and their presentation in the dishes to the generous portions on the plates, everything was incredibly well orchestrated. We could feel a genuine family passion in the culinary discoveries we made during our meal. Thank you again for your hospitality; we will gladly return to spend another pleasant time with you.
