We had dinner at Shalimar in Nantes as a couple and had a wonderful time. The welcome was particularly warm, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is immaculate, very clean, and pleasant. The food was a delight: flavorful butter chicken, excellent cheese naan, and generous portions. Everything was perfectly prepared and very tasty. The bill came to €44 for two people, including the main courses and naan, which is excellent value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Indian cuisine. 5 stars for the food, the welcome, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the place.

Generous portions and truly delicious dishes in a pleasant setting. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but I still highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Shalimar, an excellent place for Indian/Pakistani food with attentive staff and exquisite dishes. The only downside: the busy street can sometimes make it difficult to fully enjoy the terrace.

08/08/2026: A must-try address in Nantes! A very warm welcome from Gauvain, who looked after us with kindness and a wonderful rapport with our children (thank you for the cards!). A generous portion served very quickly. Well done to the team!

Canaille

04/07/2026: A new favorite at this bakery: I tried the chocolate brioches. They're pure bliss! You don't even need to chew them; the brioche is so soft and stretchy that it literally melts in your mouth. A true marvel of lightness and indulgence. If you're looking for the perfect afternoon treat, go for it!
02/07/2026: This bakery is exceptional, with excellent bread and brioches and impeccable service. Since I started eating their bread (mainly the Kornbrö), my blood sugar levels have improved significantly. I highly recommend it, especially for diabetics. Thank you for this excellent and healthy bread.
