Le Bambou Vert sur Paris

We arrived there by chance and it was a very pleasant surprise. The phở was good but didn't strike me that much compared to others. Bánh cuốn house and bò bía were very good. But the thing that really amazed me was the bánh canh 💯. It was excellent and much better than some famous restaurants in 13 with homemade noodles. I also had a caramel pork (thịt kho) another time. Very good and for once, one that looks like my grandpa's. Edit: my favorite restaurant, they are so nice and everything is really good. The best is to ask for the daily specials if you want to try new things. The desserts are also excellent!

Take care that the owners are moving the restaurant to an other adress... Other than that, it's vietnamese fare, tasty enough, with nice service, cheap..

Honestly, I didn't expect such an experience! The menu offers rare specialties in the 13th, such as shrimp ravioli, vegetable rolls with sausage and banana cake. We wait a bit because everything is homemade and the Bon Bo Hué is great! I really liked the Thursday specialty, Thú Nám Cò Cháo Lòng. I highly recommend.
