Le Bar du Nomandy - Normandy Barriere sur Deauville

Had lunch. Nice setting and ambiance but the servings were small and all of us left hungry except one (who had a rich and large helping of pasta). Shame. Was expecting much more.

We stayed at Le Normandy while visiting from the U.S. with my children and grandchildren, and it exceeded expectations from start to finish. What stood out immediately was the level of service. The team helped organize our transportation from Paris CDG to the hotel, which made traveling with family so much easier and took all the stress out of the arrival. From the moment we checked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The food was outstanding. The staff made my grandchildren feel welcome everywhere we went, which allowed the adults to relax and enjoy the vacation too. Having a casino connected directly to the hotel was a fun and unique bonus that we enjoyed. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended.

We had an AMAZING stay at Hôtel Barrière Le Normandy and honestly can't wait to return. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food is exceptional, and the location is PERFECT for enjoying everything Deauville has to offer! The concierge and reception teams were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always friendly and happy to assist with recommendations, reservations, or anything else we needed. The true standout was the Studio by Petit VIP Kids Club, which is (by far) the best kids club we've ever experienced. The team was exceptional, and a special thank you goes to Rudolphe, who was incredibly kind, caring, and engaging with our children. The other staff members were equally wonderful. As parents, it was such a comfort knowing our children were genuinely excited to spend their days there. The club offers creative activities, beach outings, special excursions, and even trips to places like the zoo. It felt far more thoughtful and enriching than a typical hotel kids club. One of the reasons we'll definitely return is that the children's and evening programs gave my husband and me the chance to enjoy a few dinners alone (rare!), which felt like a real luxury. The hotel does an amazing job creating an experience that works equally well for children, teens, and adults. The pool team was also fantastic with families and always welcoming to our children. Meanwhile, the Guerlain Spa was a perfect *adults-only* escape. I had one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever received, and my mother loved her facial. The food deserves a special mention. The Dover sole at La Belle Époque was simply outstanding, among the best fish dishes I've had anywhere. What makes Le Normandy so special is that it manages to be both an incredible family destination and a luxury adult getaway at the same time. Thank you to everyone at Le Normandy for making our holiday so memorable. We left with happy children, relaxed parents, and wonderful memories. We'll absolutely be back. ❤️

An incredible stay. The entire team, without exception, took excellent care of us and our 8-month-old daughter. They even accommodated specific requests (like a dishwasher in the room). The concierge, the pool, the bar, and the lobby were all very pleasant. This hotel truly deserves its 5 stars and is very kid-friendly. One small drawback was the parking. We were told not to necessarily reserve a space, and upon arrival, the parking lot was full (we may have misunderstood). However, a solution was found without any problems or delays.

I love coming to this well-located hotel. The staff is lovely. The brunch was sensational as usual. It's a shame the bench at the end of the bed is stained…

The hotel is not worth the price, although it is very pleasant. The staff is professional, especially Hamid from the breakfast restaurant who was incredibly attentive during our stay.

An exceptional place, excellent hot chocolate and Deauville beer! And impeccable service from Alain in the bar's lounges?

An exceptional establishment with top-quality service just steps from the sea. The reception, concierge, and valet parking staff are true professionals, very pleasant and efficient, with thoughtful touches, especially for my mother who was celebrating her 90th birthday 🥰
