€45 set menu. Delicious and beautifully presented. Starter: Duck tataki, caramelized pears, and butternut ketchup (photo 1). The acidity of the ketchup works perfectly with the duck. Main Course: Veal sirloin, porcini cream sauce, parsleyed mushrooms, foie gras shavings, and mashed potatoes (photo 2). The meat is tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with a light crust on top. The porcini sauce is rich and flavorful. Desserts: Honey ganache, buckwheat crisp, roasted apples, and apple sorbet (photo 3). The honey ganache is more like a smooth mousse that pairs perfectly with the slightly salty buckwheat crisp. The sorbet adds a very pleasant green and fresh touch. The dessert is incredible; I could come back just for that!

Beautiful location, superb view, excellent welcome. Limited menu and decent but limited bistro-style cuisine. They should aim for a higher standard, even if it means raising the price by €3-4.

Special mention goes to the fish, which was simply excellent: perfectly cooked, exquisitely delicate, and with flavors that complemented each other beautifully. You can feel the genuine passion behind every dish and a desire to surprise without ever compromising the integrity of the ingredients. The cuisine is inventive, elegant, and generously flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant for fish lovers and those who appreciate fine cuisine. A true delight from start to finish!
