Two years after our last visit, well, nothing has changed. We're still just as warmly welcomed 👩‍🍳 and the food 🍽 is still just as good. Now, word of mouth means that booking is highly recommended, given its popularity 🤗. The 🇧🇪

The galettes are absolutely delicious! Le Bateau Ivre has the huge advantage of being open late (for lunch), which is unusual as many restaurant kitchens close before 2 pm. The service is quick.

Small bar in Portivy, magnificent view of the port, a place I recommend for a drink, good value for money, very friendly staff and convenient opening hours, closing at 9:30 pm (Sunday evening hours).

30/07/2026: A wonderful time! Excellent service! Delicious food! An incredible view! Thank you for this excellent experience!
30/07/2026: Good location, however the service was cold/distant. The red mullet was very good, but beware of the creamy sauce (not mentioned in the description) and the generous portion size. The rhubarb dessert was disappointing—very/too crunchy! The wine (by the glass) was average; after three attempts, we didn't dare ask for more. We won't be back.
